At Bonfire Supply, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and fair delivery for all our outdoor living products. Most of our shipments are fulfilled within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with select regional deliveries available across Ontario and Canada

Shipping Area

Greater Toronto Area (GTA)

We offer flat-rate shipping across the GTA, including:

  • Toronto
  • Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill
  • Oakville, Burlington, Milton
  • Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, and nearby areas


Orders are typically delivered by our in-house team or trusted local couriers. Flat-rate charges will be shown at checkout.

Outside the GTA

We do ship to areas outside the GTA, including regional and national destinations.

  • Shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates.
  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs at our discretion after the order is placed – but we don’t always adjust them.
  • If an adjustment is needed, we will contact you first. You’ll have the option to accept the updated rate or cancel the order for a full refund.

Order Processing & Delivery

We’ve got your back.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday).
  • GTA deliveries typically arrive within 2-5 business days.
  • Delivery confirmation and tracking (where applicable) will be sent by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

GTA – Flat rate (shown at checkout)

Outside GTA – May be adjusted at our discretion after purchase 

Large or oversized items may include a delivery surcharge, which will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Delivery for Large Items (BBQs, Fire Pits, Heaters)

  • Delivery is not limited to curbside. When feasible, we’ll place your order in a safe, accessible location such as your driveway, garage, or front porch.
  • We do not offer indoor delivery or backyard setup unless arranged separately.
  • If your property has restricted access (e.g., condo buildings, gated lots), please let us know in advance.

Delivery Issues

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged – Email us with photos within 48 hours
  • Is lost or delayed – Contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier
  • Has an incorrect or incomplete address – Additional re-delivery charges may apply
